A Vestry held on the 12th day of
January 1871 at St Enodoc Church and Adjourned to the Mariners Inn, Rock, the
vicar in the Chair.
It was proposed and seconded and agreed that
in accordance with the new law application be made for the payment of the church
Rate to the Landowners of such properties as the tenants of which decline to
pay.
That a Rate of one Penny in the pound be made
for the Year ending Easter 1871 for the Expenses of St Enodoc Church for the
said Year
